He lives in Monterey Park, CA and he is on MediCAL. I live in Minnesota and I visit my father every other month. I am planning to move to close to my father in a year or two. I can't call my father because of his hearing problem. I wonder if your Deaf Access Services can provide some home assessment for my father?
