My fathter is 88 years old and hard of hearing. He lives in Monterey Park, CA and he is on MediCAL. I live in Minnesota and I visit my father every other month. I am planning to move to close to my father in a year or two.
I can’t call my father because of his hearing problem.
I wonder if your Deaf Access Services can provide some home assessment for my father?
I will be with my father from Feb. 29th(afternoon) to March 7th. I would appreciate very much if home assessment can be arranged during that period of time. Thanks!

You can also try out these two Deaf Access Program agencies that may be covering Monterey Park (I am guessing it’s near Monterey?)…

my father and i are from new zealand and we are visiting califrornia for six more weeks, we were woundering if in california you have a deaf association or deaf gatherings as we would like to come and meet new deaf people in america.
