Join CAD Board & Committee

Please know that this form WILL NOT be used to decide whether you can be part of a committee or apply for an Executive Board position; however, in order to better serve everyone and work together effectively, it is important that we know what you are and aren’t familiar with. EVERYONE IS WELCOMED and no one who shows interest will be turned away.
