About the Artist
Hello, my name is Tiffany Kutsov, and my nickname is Tany. I was born and raised in California and have been drawing throughout my entire life. However, it wasn’t until later in high school that I realized I wanted to be an artist, and here I am, enthusiastic about learning more in every different form of art.
As I’m currently loving working with digital art, painting, mixed media, and many more.
About the Design
For this artwork, I created for CAD, California Association of the Deaf, I used California’s state flag, the Great Seal of the State of California, and the California Poppy Flower as inspiration and references.
I’ve included Shield-shaped representations of those four words: Preserve, Promote, Protect, and Linguistic. Also, I added the Beach Waves, as California is well known for its beaches. By incorporating all those into a singular design that represents the CAD the best.
