Hi,
Tuesday, October 23 is the beginning of the BIG Day that can lead us to aBIGGER Day!!
We need your help to spread the word that we need as many votes we can get for our story on http://sportsillustrated.cnn.
It will be a HUGE honor to be able to win $25,000 and represent California School for the Deaf (CSD), Deaf Schools all over the country, and the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community at New York where the Sports illustrated award ceremony takes place.
In light of the Make A Difference Day coming up on October 29, we have decided we will donate a portion of the $25,000 to a Deaf School in Latin America to support their athletic program. We will send our students to Latin America sometime in the spring to supply them with sports equipments needed for their program. We will be partnering with DeafNation’s founder who is a California School for the Deaf Alumni, Joel Barish on this trip. To learn more about DeafNation go to www.Deafnation.com
