(EDHI ACT) PROPOSED AMENDMENTS to S. 2424 FROM THE DEAF COMMUNITY
CAD is so appreciative of the the leadership by Deaf people, especially Sheri Ann Farinha, from both the Coalition for Agencies Serving the Deaf and Hard of Hearing and the California Association of the Deaf for their hard work to create this list of recommended Amendments, which was orginated as a letter sent to Representative Lois Capps for the H.R. 1344 on April 13th, 2015 (this is noted on proposal page 7).
