Please fill out the registration form below in order to either register for the entire 2015 CAD Convention at sunny San Diego over the weekend of September 25-27th or to purchase a ticket for the Deaf Club! event only on Saturday September 26th starting at 7pm!

2015 CAD Convention Schedule
For hotel accommodations, please contact Doubletree Hotel at 1515 Hotel Circle South, San Diego, California, 92108. Reservation Center phone: 800-486-5315. Rooms must be booked by September 10th in order to qualify for the discounted rate of $129 per night. Be sure to mention “California Association of the Deaf” and the group code of CA2 when booking your room as only ten rooms have been reserved and any additional rooms will be subject to availability. When making your selection, please check only one type of registration below! Your payment will be made via PayPal so you must have an account with PayPal in order to make your payment. Please note that your membership standing will be verified at the time of registration payment. If you are currently not a member of CAD and you wish to attend the entire CAD convention, please choose the convention registration for non-members ($115) and you will automatically be enrolled as a member! You do not need to be a member in order to purchase the $25 ticket for the Deaf Club! event if it is the only event you wish to attend.
The convention registration includes the Deaf Club! event planned for Saturday September 26th. The Deaf Club! event is already included in the convention registration so please do not double-pay! Again, please choose only one checkbox!
