Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in responding. And thank you for your letter and recommendations. We will also thank Stefanie Ellis. The missions of Starkey Hearing Foundation help people who have hearing loss through access to free hearing devices. Please know we did have licensed ASL interpreters at the event, and we absolutely want everyone to have a positive experience during our mission. We will always try to improve to ensure that goal. Our team works tirelessly to improve and advance our operations to achieve all-around success in the United States and around the world.
