ASL Celebration

The American Sign Language (ASL) Celebration 2014 Committee is pleased to announce the 4th Biennial ASL Celebration on September 18, 2014! It will take place at the North Side of our State Capitol. The 1st Biennial ASL Celebration drew more than 1,000 people including deaf, hard of hearing and many others supporting ASL, which has been recognized by the state of California as a foreign language.
